Submission Procedure

The official language of the workshop is English.
To submit a paper, either invited or regular, to CIP2012, please go through the following steps:

1) Format your contribution according to the instructions in any of the three files below. Read them carefully to verify that your paper is correctly formatted before going to step 2.

Word Template, Acrobat Template, LaTeX Template.

Submitted and camera-ready papers must be a PDF file, with no more than six pages long, all inclusive and strictly conforming to the format specified on the CIP 2012 templates.

You may want to directly use the pre-formatted WORD or LaTeX template, but you are free to use whatever word processing software you are accustomed to, provided that you closely follow the instructions appearing in the template.

 

2) For the camera-ready papers (final submission): The pdf files must be created or at least checked through the IEEE PDF Express service. Click on the link "New Users - Click Here" and fill in your information.

You will need the Conference ID which is: CIP12x.

 

3) Follow the link below to enter the EASYCHAIR on-line submission system. In order to submit your camera-ready papers, please select the option "Submit a new version" in the paper information page.

All contributions MUST be submitted using the EASYCHAIR on-line system as described above. No exceptions will be made.

 

4) Each paper must have a copyright form completed. You can submit your copyright form electronically through this system using the following page: Copyright Submission.
